Tips for a restful and deep sleep
- Stick to a sleep schedule - go to bed and get up at the same time, even at weekends.

- If you decide to take a nap after 15:00, limit your sleep to 30 minutes.
- Ventilate your room before going to bed and drink warm herbal tea.
- Try to sleep in a room where is as dark as possible. Especially at bedtime, you should avoid blue screen light, which suppresses melatonin levels in your body.
