One of the most beautiful, richest and best managed parks in Lithuania. The park was established on the territory of Birutė Forest, which is why for a long time the locals called it Birutė Park.
The park covers about 101.3 ha. The area of the park covers an area of 100 hectares, including 60 hectares of woodland, 24.5 hectares of meadows, 0.5 hectares of flower gardens, and 1.16 hectares of water reservoirs. The park's beaches and parks stretch along the seafront for 1.5 km. Multi-surfaced paths and roads stretch for 18 km. Palanga Birutė Park has 8 multi-purpose buildings, 7 sculptures, many small architectural forms, an irrigation system and decorative lighting.
