• 1 Therapeutic workout in a swimming pool (in a group) (45 min) OR Hypoxico reduced-oxygen training (active/passive) (30 min) OR HUBER® 360 Evolution movement therapy (60 min)
• 1 Therapeutic bath (20 min)
• 1 Therapeutic massage chosen from the list: back massage / leg massage / head and shoulder massage / underwater massage (30 min)
• 1 Physiotherapy treatment chosen from the list: electrotherapy with StimaWELL® system/ electrotherapy and ultrasound (Tens, MCR, EMS) / magnet therapy / alpha waves / Paraffin therapy (bath for hands and / or feet) (10-20 min)
