The original deep sleep ritual is based on the recommendations of Ieva Anskaitienė, a certified health mentor and sleep specialist.  

Deep and quality sleep will help you experience true rest for body and mind. It is vital for repairing, restoring, healing wounds, cleansing toxins and regenerating all the cells of the body. A proper preparation starts in the morning, because natural sunlight has great benefits - it restores and balances our circadian rhythm (our internal clock) and allows us to produce melatonin more quickly at night. Physical activity during the day contributes significantly to our rest at night - it has a positive effect on our body, emotional and mental health and helps us to relax more at night.  

To continue healthy sleep habits on your own, we advise you to establish a regular sleep rhythm - get up at the same time every morning (including weekends), no caffeine 10 hours before bedtime, no alcohol at least 3 hours before bedtime, no hard-to-digest food 2 hours before bedtime and avoid screens 1 hour before bedtime.
